Requirement for Back office/Sales Executive

Post :Back office/Sales Executive

Location :Gurugram,

salary -20k to 30k,

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage and maintain data records, documentation, and reports accurately
Handle order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups with clients/vendors
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth workflow
Maintain MIS reports and update databases regularly
Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and other business documents
Monitor dispatch, delivery schedules, and inventory records
Handle email communication and respond to queries in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Support senior management with administrative tasks

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of ERP/CRM systems (preferred)
Ability to work under deadlines

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant experience in backend operations or administrative roles preferred
