Back Office Sales Executive

Responsibilities

Process client onboarding and know-your-customer (KYC) for Mutual Funds, Insurance and other financial products.

Collect and verify data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all the records.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Respond to client of any service-related query.

Visit customer location and different offices for submitting forms Documents etc
