We are looking for a Back-office Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients based on inquiries.

• Follow up with potential and existing customers via email and phone.

• Build and maintain a structured database of potential customers.

• Execute mass email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or similar platforms.

• Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.

• Support administrative tasks related to sales and customer communication.

• Generate basic reports and summaries to support internal decision-making.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.
