Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Back Office Sales & Marketing Executive to support the sales team in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and promoting industrial automation products.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial quotations and purchase orders.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the sales team.
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product information.
Generate leads through email, phone, and digital marketing.
Maintain CRM, sales reports, and customer records.
Prepare presentations, marketing materials, and tender documents.
Track order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
Qualification
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech./Graduate in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Support/Marketing (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Preferred Knowledge
PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo Systems, SCADA, Sensors, Industrial Automation Products.
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
