Looking for a servicing executive in insurance to manage queries, maintain relationships, assist with proposals and reports, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for policy holders, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and long-term engagement.
· Assist in preparing insurance proposals, policy summaries and client reports.
· Maintain accurate client records, policy summaries and client reports.
· Maintain accurate client records, policy documents and follow-up actions.
· Resolve client queries, claims issues and escalations promptly and professionally.
· Ensure high client satisfaction to support policy renewals and retention.
· Assist with general office and administrative tasks related to client servicing.
Requirements:
· Graduate or post graduate in any discipline.
· Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
· Fresher or 1 year of experience in client servicing or insurance.
· Ability to support additional office and administrative tasks as needed.
