Key Responsibilities: • Prepare purchase orders, proforma invoices, and quotations as required. • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation. • Coordinate with factory staff to ensure smooth material movement. • Create and manage production request forms and maintain the delivery schedule. • Manage and update records in CRM tools. • Collaborate with internal teams to meet organizational and business goals with a positive attitude. Requirements & Skills: • Proven experience in sales coordination, operations, or back-office support. • Good understanding of documentation processes (purchase orders, invoices, quotations). • Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms. • Strong coordination and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage delivery schedules and ensure timely order execution. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Languages: English, Kannada, Hindi (additional languages will be an added advantage).
