Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented MBA freshers to join our team as Guest Relation Executives. The ideal candidate will be the face of our organization, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and memorable experience for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for MBA graduates who are passionate about hospitality, customer service, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel valued and comfortable.

• Handle guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently.

• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and promptness.

• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest needs and resolve issues.

• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.

• Assist in promoting hotel services, amenities, events, or upgrades.

• Provide concierge services including travel arrangements, reservations, and local information.

• Collect and analyse guest feedback to improve service quality.

• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle VIP/loyalty guest experiences with extra care.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA in Hospitality, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, or related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (training will be provided).

• Multilingual skills (preferred but not mandatory).

• High level of personal presentation and grooming.
