Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Female) – Prefabrication Division
Location: Attibele, Bangalore
Industry: Prefabricated Structures / Modular Cabins / Portable Offices
Department: Sales & Coordination
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred in a similar industry)
Education: Graduate (Commerce or Business background preferred)
Salary: As per industry standards


Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator (Female) with a basic understanding of accounts to support our sales team. The role involves coordinating between customers, sales staff, and the production team, while also handling basic invoicing, follow-ups, and documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with field sales executives on day-to-day activities and lead status updates.

  • Communicate with clients via phone/email regarding inquiries, quotations, and order status.

  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proforma invoices, and order acknowledgments.

  • Maintain and update sales records, client database, and enquiry trackers.

  • Support in order processing, dispatch planning, and delivery coordination.

  • Handle basic accounting tasks like invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and recording transactions.

  • Assist with GST billing, vendor/customer reconciliation, and filing related documents.

  • Liaise between sales, production, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery.

  • Assist the sales team in preparing presentations or documents when required.

  • Maintain proper filing of sales, payment, and client records.

  • Provide after-sales support to clients and resolve basic queries.


Requirements:

  • Female candidates only (local candidates from Attibele/nearby preferred).

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

  • Basic knowledge of Tally/Excel/Accounting software is a plus.

  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.

  • Prior experience in prefab, construction, or the building materials industry is an added advantage.


Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Saturday

  • Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
