Location: Office-based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm UK time (1 hour lunch included)
Holiday: 28 days (including bank holidays)
Start Date: Within 2 weeks of offer.

As a Tutor Support, you will work closely with our experienced tutors and quality team to
support the delivery of high-quality learning. You'll play a key part in helping learners
succeed by assisting with marking, feedback, and the day-to-day administration that keeps
our delivery running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in education, has strong attention to
detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
• Support tutors with marking and feedback on learner work
• Manage tasks to agreed timescales and deadlines
• Assist tutors with administrative duties including quality control and compliance
• Work closely with the audit and compliance team to ensure records are accurate and
up to date
• Maintain accurate documentation and learner records
• Support the wider delivery team with day-to-day administrative needs
About You
• Graduate qualified in Teaching or Education, OR a minimum of 2 years' experience
working in an education environment
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confident providing clear, constructive written feedback
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• IT literate – competent with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good written and spoken English
• Professional, reliable, and team-focused

• Incremental leave – after 2 years of continuous service, an additional day of holiday

• Sick leave considered at the discretion of the line manager
• Where weekend work is occasionally required, time off in lieu granted at 1.5 times

Long-Service Rewards
• After 3 years of continuous service – loyalty bonus equivalent to 3 months' salary,
plus 1 additional week of holiday for that year
• After 5 years of continuous service – loyalty bonus equivalent to 5 months' salary,
plus 2 additional weeks of holiday for that year
• Maternity leave eligibility of up to 9 months at 50% salary (available once every 3
years, after qualifying service)
