We are looking for a Back Office Operations to join our team at Victa Earlyjobs Technologies Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

Training Details:

Training Duration: 21–25 days (3 weeks)
Training Stipend: ₹381 per working day

Shift Details:

9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
Rotational shifts with rotational weekly off

Shift Timings:

Female Candidates: Rotational day shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Male Candidates: Rotational day and night shifts with applicable night shift allowance
