We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Backend Operations Specialist to manage our daily fintech portal operations. You will be the backbone of our service delivery, ensuring our agents and retailers have the funds they need and the support required to serve their customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Wallet Management: Monitor and process "Load Wallet" requests from agents. Verify bank transfers, UTR numbers, and credit the portal balance accurately.
Request Processing: Accept and manage daily service requests (DMT, AEPS, Bill Payments) within the admin panel to ensure zero downtime.
Client Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for our merchants via WhatsApp and Phone. Provide real-time updates on transaction statuses.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting transaction failures or pending status issues by coordinating between the client and our backend systems.
Reporting: Maintain simple daily records of fund movements and successful transaction volumes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 0 to 6 months in Fintech, AEPS/DMT industry, or Backend Operations (Freshers are welcome).
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using web-based admin portals, WhatsApp Business, and Basic Microsoft Excel.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional Language).
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in verifying numbers and financial figures is a must.
Availability: Ability to respond promptly during business hours to ensure merchant satisfaction.
