Back Office Operations

We are looking for Back Office Operations Executives to join our team in Lucknow. The role involves handling administrative and operational tasks to support day-to-day business functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain records, data entry, and documentation accurately.

• Process and verify information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by management.

• Handle email correspondence and maintain files (digital and physical).

• Support in backend processing, billing, or logistics coordination as assigned.
  

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

• Basic understanding of administrative and office management procedures.
