Job Description –
1. Managing the sales, sending proposals on time and follow up with clients.
2. Should be competent to handle sales issues
3. Building relationship with existing and new customers.
4. Liase between the customer and the organization.
5. Responsible for the establishment of realistic timelines and communication of said timelines to the customer.
6. Assist the operations and kitchen team by guiding them towards successful completion of the orders
7. Attend client meetings.
8. Management of Logistics
Basic day to day activities will be as follows:
1. Customer Service – Order taking, customer queries, relationship management.
2. Accounts & Finance – Bill payments, petty cash, daily accounting tasks.
3. Logistics & Dispatch – Packaging, dispatch, timely delivery of orders.
4. Team Coordinator – Proactive support across functions to ensure smooth operations.
5. Banquet Operations – Customer queries and banquet hall bookings.
Other Details, which we should know –
1. Should have knowledge of Microsoft excel, Powerpoint and Word. Nonnegotiable
2. Effective interpersonal skills – a relationship builder
3. Ability to identify and work with key decision makers
