Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Suppliers & Customer Database

  • Vendor Management & Payment Collection Follow-up

  • Team Monitoring & Coordination

  • Order Follow-up & Pipeline Order Tracking

  • Preparing & Sending Quotations

  • Material Ordering from Home Office

  • Arranging Delivery to Customer Location (Rapido / Ola / Porter)

  • Employee Recruitment Support

  • Email Communication & Documentation Work

  • Coordination between Team & Clients

💼 Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Quotation Preparation

  • Order Processing & Follow-up

  • Vendor Coordination

  • Good Communication Skills

  • Team Work & Team Coordination

  • Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
