Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Back Office Operation Executive for our client based in Navi mumbai,to handle back-office activities, trade execution support, client servicing, basic research assistance, and day-to-day office management.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, disciplined, and genuinely interested in finance and stock markets.


Position: Back Office operation

Experience: 0–3 Years

Qualification: Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)

Working Days & Timings:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM


Key Responsibilities

Back Office Operations

  • Coordinating account opening (AOF, KYC, documentation, follow-ups)

  • Maintaining client records, compliance files, and audit reports

  • Managing daily payout/pay-in activities

  • Preparing MIS, statements, contract notes, ledgers, and regular reports

Trading & Execution Support

  • Executing equity and derivatives orders as per client instructions

  • Monitoring RMS alerts, margins, limits, and order status

  • Coordinating with internal departments to resolve trade-related issues

Client Support

  • Handling client queries through phone, email, and WhatsApp

  • Guiding clients on online trading platforms

  • Assisting with statements, downloads, and basic platform navigation

Research Assistance

  • Tracking daily market updates, news, and financial data

  • Preparing simple internal research notes

  • Assisting the advisor with data compilation and research tasks

Office & Administration Management

  • Overseeing daily office operations and housekeeping

  • Coordinating with vendors, service providers, and housekeeping staff

  • Managing stationery, printing, bill payments, and petty cash

  • Ensuring smooth functioning of internet, systems, and office equipment

  • Scheduling meetings, maintaining office calendar, and follow-up activities


Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of stock market operations (preferred)

  • Strong organisational and office management skills

  • Good communication and coordination abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email & Reporting

  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask

  • NISM certification is an added advantage
