Back Office Operations

We are urgently looking for Mutual Fund - Operations.

Location:-

Barakhamba Road,New Delhi–110001,

Responsibilities -

• Reconciliation of transactions between the exchange and back- office application.

• Candidate should be well versed with mutual fund and should have

· Initiating transactions on NSE platform for example - E-KYC, SIP Purchase,

· Redemption, SWP, STP

• processing, and operational support of investment products by handling transactions, documentation, compliance checks, reconciliations, and coordination with internal teams.

• Filling & handling documentation work

· Data updation of clients and resolve their query with the best of my knowledge

· Capital Gain Tax Exemption Bonds (NHAI, REC) & Infrastructure bonds (IDFC, L&T, IFCI)

· Onboarding of clients NPS (National Pension System)

· Responsible to guide new joiners about the basic structure of the work

· Scanning documents & Mailing etc

· cleared NISM - VA Mutual Fund exam.

Requirements and skills

• Process transactions related to investment products such as Mutual Funds, Bonds, Debentures, Fixed Deposits, PMS, AIF, and other financial instruments.

• Ensure KYC, FATCA, AML, and regulatory compliance as per SEBI/AMFI/Company policies.

• Maintain proper records of client documents, transaction confirmations, and report

• Knowledge of investment products (Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, and Equity).

• Understanding of SEBI/AMFI regulations, KYC norms, and transaction workflows

Qualification - Graduate ( B.COM, BBA )

Experience :- minimum 6m in the same sector and also fresher apply

Salary :- (Salary is not the constraint for the deserving candidate)
