Job Description

We are looking for a Claim Executive / Fresher for Insurance Operations / Business Support Executive (Fresher) to join our team . The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹13000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for growth.

Claim Executive with in-depth knowledge of claims processing and strong experience in TPA, client, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires hands-on ownership of the complete claims lifecycle with a strong focus on accuracy, timelines, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Claim Executive -

  • Manage end-to-end claim processing from initiation to final settlement

  • Perform detailed scrutiny of claim documents to ensure policy compliance

  • Act as a primary point of contact for TPAs, insurance companies, and clients

  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Operations) for smooth claim closure

  • Proactively follow up with TPAs/insurers to reduce TAT and pendency

  • Handle claim escalations, rejections, and discrepancy resolutions

  • Maintain accurate MIS, trackers, and claim status reports

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, policy terms, and regulatory requirements

  • Support audits, reviews, and management reporting

Fresher -

  • Support day-to-day insurance operations and documentation

  • Gain understanding of basic insurance broking portfolios (Health / Corporate / Retail)

  • Coordinate with internal teams for data, reports, and client requirements

  • Assist the Marketing Team Head in activities related to different customer segments

  • Maintain records, trackers, and MIS

  • Learn client communication, coordination & process flows

  • Support claims, endorsements, and policy-related activities (training provided)

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working. Basic understanding or interest in Insurance / Financial Services, Willingness to work from Wadala/ Dadar East office (Work From Office), Preference for candidates staying nearby Wadala / Central Line, Good communication & learning attitude , Immediate joiners will be an added advantage

Claim Executive - 2–3 years of proven experience in claims handling , Strong working knowledge of TPA processes & insurance coordination, Experience in client coordination and stakeholder management, Excellent communication, follow-up & negotiation skills, Proficient in MS Excel & reporting, High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset, Good knowledge of all types for Insurance claim process/ Challenges and solutions.
