Job Title:Back Office / Site Coordination Executive – Fire Fighting SystemsCompany Profile:We are a fire safety solutions company providing complete fire fighting system design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning, and AMC services.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate between site engineers, supervisors, labour, and contractorsPrepare quotations, BOQs, work orders, and related documentationArrange and track materials required at site as per work progressFollow up with contractors and site teams for daily/weekly work updatesMaintain site progress reports, labour records, and material consumptionCoordinate with clients regarding work status, schedules, and requirementsAssist in billing support, completion documents, and handover coordinationMaintain proper office records, emails, and communication logsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Graduate / Diploma (Civil / Mechanical / Fire & Safety preferred)Experience in fire fighting systems / construction / MEP projects is an advantageGood knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email communicationStrong coordination, follow-up, and communication skillsAbility to handle multiple sites and deadlinesExperience:1–3 years experience in back office or project coordinationFreshers with good understanding and learning attitude may also apply
