Job Description

A back office executive provides administrative and managerial support to enable the seamless functioning of the company. Unlike front office professionals who are the face of the company, they perform a backend executive job that supplements the front office jobs. Being more of a ‘behind the scenes’ work, a back-office executive carries out day-to-day operations that make the overall workflow efficient. From processing orders to handling inquiries, the back-office executive job involves a plethora of activities that often require accuracy and organizational skills. With time playing a crucial role in the job, a back-office executive’s jobs are time-bound, given that the workflow usually has fixed deadlines.

  • perform administrative tasks and duties that affect the day-to-day functioning of the company

  • Ensure the smooth workflow of the company from behind the scenes as a backend executive

  • Dabble with administrative functions such as research, accounting, and data analysis

  • Review and verify the accuracy of data before processing.

  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
