We are looking for a Vehicle Tracking Executive to monitor company vehicles using GPS tracking systems, ensure on-time trip movement, coordinate with drivers, and report delays or route deviations. The role is critical for improving fleet efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Monitor vehicles using GPS / tracking software
Track live vehicle location, speed, stoppage, and route
Coordinate with drivers for:
- Delays
- Route changes
- Breakdown or emergency situations
Ensure on-time pickup & delivery
Report:
- Late arrivals
- Route deviation
- Over-speeding or long stoppages
Update trip status in Excel / Portal / WhatsApp
Share tracking updates with:
- Operations team
- Customers (if required)
Maintain daily tracking reports
Escalate issues to transport manager when needed
