Job Title: Project Coordinator

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Director of Human Resources

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage internal and external communications. The role involves maintaining donor relations, handling project data, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with donors regarding Projects ; maintain related emails and Excel records.

Handle only inbound calls related to the project and provide necessary follow-ups.

Maintain project data accurately in Excel sheets.

Support internal communication across departments.

Assist with brand messaging and coordination with media when needed.

Develop basic communication strategies aligned with project goals.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any field

Experience:

2–3 years preferred (freshers may apply)

Skills:

Good communication (English, Marathi, Hindi)

Basic media and public relations

Excel proficiency and data entry

Strategic thinking and problem-solving
