Back Office Operations

Kashi Capital is a Non Banking Finance Company (“NBFC”) regulated by the Reserve Bank of India

We focus on providing MSME finance ("Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises finance”) / business finance / micro loans / small business loans to both informal and formal businesses operating  in India. 

We are currently looking for Back Office Executive:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the data remains accurate, accessible, and contributes to smooth operations.

• Verify data accuracy, make corrections, and identify irregularities in a timely manner.

• Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.

• Manage Turnaround time (TAT) per file

• Number of loans processed monthly

• % documentation completeness on first submission

• Average TAT from sanction to disbursement

• Timeliness and accuracy of MIS reports

  Job Requirements:

  The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and Experience 0 to 2 years. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
