Job Description

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Operations Head, including managing calendars, meetings, travel, and official correspondence.

  • Handle operational documentation, MIS reports, presentations, MOMs, and maintain confidential records and databases.

  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments for payments, documentation, procurement, and smooth operational activities.

  • Process company credit card payments, track pending approvals, and ensure timely follow-ups on operational tasks.

  • Manage vendor and customer queries/complaints, organize meetings and events, and support day-to-day operational planning and execution
