Requirements:

✔ Good communication & coordination skills
✔ Knowledge of loan processing / banking operations
✔ Good follow-up and customer-handling ability
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM
✔ Experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP or Car Loan preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end loan processing from login to disbursement
• Collect and verify customer KYC & financial documents
• Coordinate with customers, Sales Team, Banks & NBFCs
• Track loan applications, queries, sanctions & disbursements
• Follow up on pending documents and cases
• Maintain CRM, MIS & daily case reports
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely processing
