Job Summary

The Computer Operator is responsible for handling day-to-day computer operations, maintaining company records, preparing documents, managing data entry, and supporting administrative and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry in Excel, Word, and company software.
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, and other documents.
Maintain customer, supplier, and product databases.
Organize and maintain digital files and company records.
Scan, print, photocopy, and archive documents.
Assist in preparing tender documents and compliance sheets.
Update product catalogs and price lists.
Coordinate with production and dispatch departments regarding documentation.
Respond to basic customer emails and forward inquiries to the concerned department.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Ensure proper backup of important business data.
