Back Office Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and examine import and export cargo for compliance.• Supervise loading/unloading and clearance of cargo.

• Obtain Out-of-Charge (OOC) for transhipment and ensure SEZ compliance.

• Arrange transport vehicles and manage logistics.

• Generate gate passes in KALE, perform Goods Registration, and link IGM/E-Sanchit for clearance.

• Work closely with the office team to coordinate clearances.

• Open/close dockets in NAV system for clearance processing.

• Prepare delivery challans, ADC NOC documents, and monitor duty payments.

• Coordinate with clearance teams for timely documentation and transport arrangements.

• Check clearance status and ensure all necessary documents are submitted.
