Job Opening: Merchant Onboarding & Backend Operations Executive

Department: Banking / POS Operations

Experience: Prior experience in merchant onboarding preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Handle merchant leads received from IndusInd Bank and other banking partners.

- Collect, check, and verify merchant KYC documents.

- Complete merchant application documentation and login/submission processes.

- Coordinate with the relevant teams for MID (Merchant ID) and TID (Terminal ID) generation.

- Send professional emails for application login, pending documents, status updates, and follow-ups.

- Raise installation requests through email and coordinate with the installation team.

- Maintain application records and track cases until onboarding and installation are completed.

- Coordinate with bank representatives, sales teams, merchants, and internal operations teams.

Required Skills

- Experience in POS merchant onboarding or banking/fintech operations.

- Knowledge of KYC documentation and application login procedures.

- Understanding of MID/TID generation and POS installation processes.

- Good email drafting and communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer applications.

- Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in POS companies, fintech companies, payment solution providers, or banking operations will be preferred.

Important: We require a candidate who understands the merchant onboarding process and can independently handle documentation, application login, email communication, and installation coordination.
