Ensure all products are properly packed as per company standards (secure, tamper-proof, and attractive presentation).
Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, pouches, labels, etc.) based on product type and destination.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.
Check items for quality, quantity, and accuracy before packing.
Prepare and process shipping documentation (invoice, packing list, airway bill, etc.).
Coordinate with courier services, logistics partners, or transporters for timely pickup and delivery.
Track shipments and update management/customers on delivery status.
Handle domestic and international shipping as per company policy.
Maintain records of all packed and dispatched orders.
Update dispatch data in Excel or manual registers daily.
Follow safety and security procedures while handling valuable goods.
Work closely with the Sales, Production, and Accounts departments to ensure timely dispatch.
Communicate any delays, damages, or discrepancies to management immediately.
Support team members during peak dispatch periods (like festive seasons).
Submit daily/weekly dispatch reports to the HR/Admin or Operations Head.
Maintain courier receipts, delivery proofs, and other shipment-related documents for audit purposes.
