3. Track and Log Interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and follow up as necessary.

4. Deliver Timely Solutions: Offer the right solutions to resolve issues and create happy customers.

5. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with your team to escalate and solve more complex issues.

6. Achieve Excellence: Meet performance metrics like call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Minimum Qualifications: A Graduate (any stream).

✔ Experience: 0 - 5 years of customer support experience (freshers welcome!).

✔ Skills: Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Mindset: A customer-first attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.

✔ Availability: Ready to work a 6-day week during the day shift.
