Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who are eager to build a career in the publishing and technology industry. Selected candidates will initially be trained and deployed in our E-Publishing team, where they will gain practical knowledge of publishing workflows, client requirements, page layout (Word / InDesign pagination), XML conversion, and quality standards.

This foundation period typically lasts 1 to 1.5 years. After acquiring domain knowledge and demonstrating strong performance during this time, employees may be provided opportunities to move into specialized career paths such as:

● Business Development (BDM Team)

● Software Development (Python / Java)

● Project Coordination

● Quality Assurance
