Key Responsibilities:
.We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Executive to support our Wealth Advisory business by ensuring smooth client onboarding, operational efficiency, and excellent client service. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial services, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to learn and grow within the organization. The role requires managing client documentation, generating reports, coordinating with internal teams and financial institutions, and maintaining regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. Client Operations & Relationship Management • Handle end-to-end client onboarding, including KYC verification and documentation. • Ensure smooth account opening and investment process across Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, and other financial products. • Assist clients with operational queries and provide timely resolutions. • Maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication and prompt service. • Coordinate with AMCs, insurance companies, and other financial partners for operational requirements. Operations & Documentation • Generate client portfolio statements, capital gain reports, account statements, and investment reports. • Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant. • Process transactions including SIP registrations, redemptions, switches, additional purchases, and insurance applications.
Monitor pending cases and ensure timely completion of operational activities. • Maintain MIS reports and update CRM systems regularly.
