We are looking for an organized and efficient Back Office Executive to manage day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will handle property listings, support the sales team with lead assignment, and maintain basic office accounts.
Property Listings & Management:
Upload, update, and manage property listings on major real estate portals (99acres, Housing.com, MagicBricks, etc.).
Ensure all listing descriptions and images are accurate and attractive.
Lead Management:
Monitor incoming leads from portals and social media.
Sort and assign leads to the appropriate Sales Executives daily.
Maintain a master database (Excel/CRM) of all inquiries.
Coordination & Communication:
Coordinate with builders and developers to get the latest inventory availability and pricing.
Handle general email correspondence and office phone calls.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Perform accurate data entry of client details and property inventory.
Generate weekly reports on leads generated and listings status.
Basic Accounts:
Maintain petty cash records.
Track daily expenses and assist with basic invoicing or vouchers.
Computer Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and Email usage.
Portal Knowledge: Familiarity with 99acres, Housing.com, or similar portals is highly preferred.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English).
Organization: Ability to multitask and keep records organized.
Basic Accounting: Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or Tally is a plus.
