JD: Back office Operations
Role Purpose
To ensure smooth backend operations by handling policy quotations, renewals, documentation, and customer coordination, while supporting the sales team in delivering seamless service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and share policy quotations
• Manage renewals & send timely reminders
• Handle policy issuance, endorsements & documentation
• Coordinate with insurers for follow-ups and approvals
• Maintain client records
• Support sales team and resolve customer queries
Requirements
• 1+ year experience in Insurance/Broking
• Knowledge of policy processing & renewals
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Basic MS Excel & email proficiency
• Detail-oriented and organized
