Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, images & SKU mapping on FC portal

• Conduct regular portal audits (pricing, visibility, categorization)

• Coordinate with warehouse & logistics for smooth order dispatch

• Track deliveries, returns & ensure timely closures

• Prepare daily / weekly sales & performance reports

• Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, Finance, Purchase)

• Maintain sale loss report & highlight OOS SKUs

• Ensure updated marketing & installation videos for all SKUs

• Follow up with stockists for timely payments

Requirements

• 3–4 years experience as Sales Coordinator / Operations role

• Experience in e-commerce / FC portal / product listing

• Strong coordination & communication skills

• Good knowledge of Excel & reporting

• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders & deadlines

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

• Experience in inventory / order coordination preferred
