Job Description (JD) – Backend Executive (Loan Login Process)

Job Title: Backend Executive – Loan Login Process

Department: Loans (PL/BL/HL/LAP/Vehicle/Mortgage)
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with loan knowledge can also apply)
Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: As per requirement


Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Backend Executive – Loan Login Process to handle loan file processing, customer documentation, login preparation, and coordination with sales teams and banks/NBFCs. The candidate should have basic knowledge of loan documentation and must ensure timely login and accurate processing of loan files.


Roles & Responsibilities (Loan Login Process)

1. Loan File Processing & Login

  • Collect loan documents from sales team/customers.

  • Check document completeness as per product checklist.

  • Prepare loan login files for bank/NBFC submission.

  • Maintain login status and ensure timely file movement.

2. Document Verification

  • Verify customer KYC documents (Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport).

  • Verify income documents (salary slips, bank statements, ITR, GST, balance sheet).

  • Verify residence and office address proofs.

  • Cross-check customer details in application form.

3. Data Entry & System Updates

  • Update customer details in CRM/Excel/software.

  • Enter accurate loan application information.

  • Track file stages like login, pending, query, approval, disbursement.

4. Coordination & Follow-ups

  • Coordinate with Sales Team for missing documents.

  • Follow up with customers for pending papers.

  • Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for file status updates.

  • Handle bank queries and provide required documents quickly.

5. MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain daily MIS reports for login and disbursement.

  • Update management on pending and rejected cases.

  • Track approval ratio and document deficiencies.

6. Compliance & Accuracy

  • Ensure all documents are genuine and as per policy.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data.

  • Avoid errors in login to prevent rejections.


Key Skills Required

  • Knowledge of loan documentation and login process.

  • Good communication & coordination skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail.


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in loan processing/login from NBFC/DSA/Banks preferred.

  • Knowledge of Personal Loan / Business Loan / Home Loan / LAP will be an advantage.

  • Candidate should be smart, quick learner, and responsible.
