Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operational processes and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Monitor ongoing activities, identify delays or issues, and escalate to the relevant team.
Maintain process documents, reports, and trackers for management review.
Assist in implementing new processes, SOPs, and improvements.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Follow up on pending actions, gather updates, and maintain proper documentation.
Support process audits by preparing required data and records.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of process flow and documentation.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
