We are hiring a Branch Operations Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our learning center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for smooth functioning of academic deliveries, center administration, student-parent coordination, and local team performance, ensuring a seamless learner experience at the branch level.
Manage end-to-end branch activities – student onboarding, session scheduling, classroom readiness, and infrastructure maintenance.
Ensure availability of resources – faculty, materials, systems, and support staff.
Monitor attendance (students & faculty) and ensure session discipline.
Lead a team of counselors, support staff, academic coordinators, and front-desk executives.
Drive daily performance, training, and productivity across roles.
Act as the single-point contact for staff grievances, leaves, and performance feedback.
Handle escalations related to classes, complaints, or service delivery.
Organize regular parent-student-teacher meetings for feedback.
Track and improve student engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Support sales and admission targets by coordinating with the counseling team.
Ensure walk-ins, inquiries, and leads are timely followed up and converted.
Monitor fee collections and support recovery where required
