Job Description

We are hiring for an Operations & Accounts Coordinator / Commercial Executive role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and coordinate with both customers and suppliers

  • Follow up for Purchase Orders (POs) from customers

  • Coordinate dispatches and ensure timely execution of orders

  • Speak and coordinate with transporters regarding logistics and deliveries

  • Maintain proper sales orders and purchase order records

  • Prepare sales invoices and commission invoices after completion of orders

  • Coordinate between customer and supplier to ensure smooth order execution

  • Track and verify logistics charges

  • Regularly update Excel sheets regarding dispatches and order status

  • Cross-check dispatch details with suppliers and customers to ensure all data matches correctly

  • Verify invoices and identify mistakes/errors if any

  • Maintain proper documentation and follow-up on pending tasks

Candidate Requirements:

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Basic accounting knowledge is mandatory

  • Knowledge of invoicing, GST basics, and commercial documentation

  • Good hands-on experience with MS Excel, Tally, and ERP/software systems

  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail

  • Dedicated and responsible person who can complete work accurately without mistakes

  • Ability to independently handle operational coordination work

Immediate joiners preferred.
