We are hiring for an Operations & Accounts Coordinator / Commercial Executive role.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate and coordinate with both customers and suppliers
Follow up for Purchase Orders (POs) from customers
Coordinate dispatches and ensure timely execution of orders
Speak and coordinate with transporters regarding logistics and deliveries
Maintain proper sales orders and purchase order records
Prepare sales invoices and commission invoices after completion of orders
Coordinate between customer and supplier to ensure smooth order execution
Track and verify logistics charges
Regularly update Excel sheets regarding dispatches and order status
Cross-check dispatch details with suppliers and customers to ensure all data matches correctly
Verify invoices and identify mistakes/errors if any
Maintain proper documentation and follow-up on pending tasks
Candidate Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic accounting knowledge is mandatory
Knowledge of invoicing, GST basics, and commercial documentation
Good hands-on experience with MS Excel, Tally, and ERP/software systems
Quick learner with strong attention to detail
Dedicated and responsible person who can complete work accurately without mistakes
Ability to independently handle operational coordination work
Immediate joiners preferred.
