Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution.
Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance.
Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
Maintain discipline and adherence to company policies.
Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity.
Ensure quality standards and operational KPIs are achieved.
Required Skills
3 years of corporate experience in Operations, Team Handling, or Administration.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
3 years of relevant corporate experience.
Male candidates only.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
