We are hiring a Tender Executive to manage government and institutional tenders for Solar Street Light Projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, and submitting tenders through GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and various State/Central e-Procurement portals.
Key Responsibilities:
Search and track tender opportunities on GeM, CPP Portal, and State e-Procurement websites.
Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial bids within specified deadlines.
Understand tender specifications, BOQs, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with technical, procurement, and accounts teams to collect required documents.
Upload bid documents on GeM and other e-tendering platforms.
Maintain tender records, EMDs, performance guarantees, and bid submission status.
Follow up on bid results, clarifications, and post-tender documentation.
Ensure compliance with government tender guidelines and company policies.
Eligibility
Education: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, B.E., ITI, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with experience in GeM, e-Procurement, EPC, electrical, or solar projects will be given preference.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of GeM and e-Procurement portals.
Good understanding of tender documentation and government procurement procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF documentation.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders.
Preferred Experience
Experience in solar street light, solar EPC, electrical infrastructure, or government tendering is an advantage.
Familiarity with BOQ preparation, technical specifications, and compliance documentation is preferred.
