Key Responsibilities:
Team & Operations Management: Supervise daily back-office activities, coordinate teams, and manage office supplies/equipment.
Data & Documentation: Maintain company records, databases, handle data entry, and ensure data integrity

Financial & Transaction Support: Manage financial flows, process transactions (e.g., invoices, settlements), and reconcile accounts.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to policies, produce regulatory reports, and handle audit-related tasks.
Front Office Support: Provide administrative and strategic support to sales, trading, and other front-facing teams.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
