Responsibilities:
Dispatch technicians, optimize manpower, and manage service level agreements (SLAs) for AMC, breakdown, and preventive maintenance
Provide hands-on technical support for diagnosing faults, commissioning systems (e.g., VRF/VRV, Ducted), and conducting quality control inspections.
Coordinate with vendors and OEMs to maintain parts availability, manage budgets, and track material requirements.
Manage key client relationships, respond to inquiries, and resolve escalations to ensure high satisfaction.
Review service logs, approve timecards, price work orders, and ensure all work adheres to environmental and safety regulations.
