The Back Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational support functions of the organization. This role ensures that internal processes run efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies, enabling front-office and operational teams to perform effectively.
Manage and supervise back-office staff, including administration, documentation, and support teams
Oversee daily administrative operations and workflow optimization
Ensure accurate record-keeping, data management, and reporting
Coordinate with front-office, finance, HR, and operations departments
Develop, implement, and improve internal policies, procedures, and systems
Monitor compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and internal controls
Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and administrative budgets
Prepare management reports, performance metrics, and operational summaries
Resolve operational issues and ensure timely completion of back-office tasks
Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proven experience in back-office operations or administrative management
Strong leadership and team management skills

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant ERP or management systems
