Job Description

The Back Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational support functions of the organization. This role ensures that internal processes run efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies, enabling front-office and operational teams to perform effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise back-office staff, including administration, documentation, and support teams

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and workflow optimization

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping, data management, and reporting

  • Coordinate with front-office, finance, HR, and operations departments

  • Develop, implement, and improve internal policies, procedures, and systems

  • Monitor compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and internal controls

  • Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and administrative budgets

  • Prepare management reports, performance metrics, and operational summaries

  • Resolve operational issues and ensure timely completion of back-office tasks

  • Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews

  • Proven experience in back-office operations or administrative management
