Job Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the office. The role involves managing administrative activities, coordinating staff, maintaining office facilities, handling documentation, and supporting management and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
Supervise office staff and allocate day-to-day responsibilities.
Maintain office records, files, documents, and correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, courier, and official communications.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and office events.
Monitor office supplies, stationery, equipment, and inventory.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, service providers, and building management.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and other employee-related administrative records.
Assist management with reports, documentation, and administrative requirements.
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
Monitor office expenses and assist with administrative budgeting.
Support HR activities such as onboarding, employee documentation, and staff coordination.
Ensure company policies and administrative procedures are followed.
Handle confidential information professionally and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
2–5 years of experience in office administration or office management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Leadership and staff-management skills.
Professional attitude and problem-solving ability.
