NO SALES TARGETS : We believe in investing in our people first. This period is designed for you to focus purely on learning the business, recruiting your team, and understanding the systems without the stress of immediate revenue targets.
Training & Development: Undergo intensive training on PNB MetLife products, processes, and sales techniques. Assist in training your newly recruited advisors.
Recruitment & Team Building: Learn the process of identifying, screening, and recruiting potential Insurance Advisors/Agents to build your own distribution team.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with your team of advisors, motivating them and helping them.
