Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a graduate degree and will be proficient in data analysis and Excel. This role requires strong analytical skills to support our business operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day back office operations including documentation, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Documentation work to be done
Analyze data and generate reports to support management decisions.
Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Assist in data entry, processing, and record keeping.
Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information for analysis.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights.
Support the team in preparing presentations and documentation as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Finance, Data Science, or related preferred).
Proven experience in a back office or administrative role is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
Familiarity with data management software and CRM systems is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
