Job Responsibilities

  • Call customers and follow up for required documents.

  • Collect and verify client documents.

  • Coordinate with clients and CS/CA team for registration and compliance services.

  • Handle PMFME scheme documentation and beneficiary follow-ups.

  • Maintain client records, data entry, and MIS reports.

  • Manage WhatsApp, email, and office documentation.

  • Provide application status updates to clients.

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and Internet.

  • Strong follow-up and documentation skills.

  • Professional customer handling and calling skills.
