Position: Back Office ExecutiveDepartment: Operations / AdministrationLocation: First Floor, Suraj Centre, 235/12, 27th Cross Rd, above Sony Service Center, 7th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560082Role Overview:The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting the company’s operations by managing administrative and clerical tasks. The role ensures smooth functioning of day-to-day activities, data management, and coordination between different departments to enhance efficiency and accuracy in business processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain company databases, records, and documentation.Perform data entry, verify accuracy, and update information in internal systems.Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and financial transactions.Handle internal and external communications through emails and calls.Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.Monitor office supplies and support in procurement processes.Provide administrative support to management and other staff.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Skills & Competencies Required:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management software.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Problem-solving and time management skills.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).Proven experience in back office operations / data entry / administration (0-1 years).Freshers with strong computer and communication skills may also apply.
