The Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting daily business operations, ensuring smooth documentation processes, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Handle data entry, maintain records, and update internal databases.
Manage documentation, including verification, filing, and indexing.
Coordinate with front-office teams for smooth workflow.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Assist in invoice processing, follow-ups, and reconciliation (if applicable).
Ensure accurate and timely processing of operational tasks.
Monitor and respond to emails, queries, and internal communications.
Support onboarding processes, documentation, and compliance-related activities.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity.
Provide overall administrative support to the operations team.
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Commerce/Management).
Strong MS Office skills – Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of documentation and back-office processes.
0–2 years of experience in back-office/operations/data management roles.
