1. Position Overview

The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting operations, managing documentation, data processing, and coordinating with internal teams. The role requires accuracy, speed, and strong knowledge of insurance/finance processes.


2. Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Process customer requests, applications, and policy-related documents.

  • Maintain and update records in internal systems (CRM/ERP).

  • Handle data entry, verification, reconciliation, and reporting.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and manage MIS reports.

  • Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with company & regulatory guidelines.

  • Maintain confidential records with 100% accuracy.

Client & Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with the operations team, field executives, and partner teams.

  • Support escalation closure within TAT.

  • Assist in audit preparations.

Insurance / Finance Sector Responsibilities

  • Policy entry, claim support, customer KYC verification, and proposal form quality check.

  • Basic understanding of loan processing, underwriting support, and finance documentation.

  • Support reconciliation of premium payments, payouts, and finance entries.


3. Skills & Competencies

  • Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Formatting).

  • Good communication and email drafting skills.

  • Fast typing and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of insurance/finance operations preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


4. Key Attributes

  • Self-driven and responsible.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Flexible for extended hours during month-end.

  • Problem-solving and proactive mindset.


5. Salary Range

As per company norms.
